2. How do I make a purchase?
4 EASY STEPS FOR ONLINE SHOPPING
- Choose your preference of style.
- Choose the Size, Color and Quantity that you wish to order. Minimum online order: 1 pack containing 3 pcs. of the same style, color and size. Then click “add to cart”.
- After adding to the cart, you can continue shopping or check out to purchase your order.
- After you check out, you must supply your Delivery, Shipping and Billing Information. A summary of charges will be displayed. Click the confirmation to finish.
3. How do I pay? What currency?
Payments for purchased items are in US Dollars $. International transactions, which get charged in other currencies will vary in currency conversion rates depending on the Issuing Bank or Credit Card Company at the time of approval. Actual conversion is done by the Issuing Bank upon approval and NOT by hygeia.myshopify.com.
4. How long will it take for my order to be processed and shipped?
Depending on volume of orders, processing time will vary from 7 to 14 days. Shipping time is dependant upon your choice of shipping mode.
5. I do not live in the USA, How or when can I order online?
At the moment, only orders received within the Unites States, Canada and Mexico can be serviced from this website. We expect to activate transactions to other International Countries by January, 2006.
6. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost depends on the shipping mode you have chosen and the distance of your city from our central warehouse.
7. How do I know that my purchase was successful?
After you have confirmed your order, you will be provided with a Purchase Receipt which will be displayed on your screen. This indicates that your credit card has been approved and your order transaction completed. We recommend that you print this receipt and keep it on file for your future records. This receipt contains your order ID number. The Order ID Number indicates that your transaction has been successfully registered in our database. Please note down this ID number as you will be asked to present this in case of any inquiry or if you request for order tracking. In addition you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, please notify us by e-mail through Customer Service.
8. Can I be billed but have the shipping done to someone else?
Yes, you can place orders through hygeia.myshopify.com and can choose to have the items delivered to a different name or address.
9. Why aren’t all the styles, colors and sizes available for online shopping?
In order for us to provide you with better service and shorter processing time; we limit the available styles, colors and sizes. A larger range of products will be available by the first quarter of 2007.
10. How do I track my orders?
To track the status of your order, send an e-mail to Customer Service. Please indicate with all your order related inquiries, your order ID no., your name and the date ordered. You will receive a reply from Customer service within 42 hours.

12. Is it safe to pay through credit card at Google Checkout?
Hygeia uses Google Checkout to process transactions. Google Checkout uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption following the best practices for e-commerce. The encryption standard used by banks and other financial institutions. All information is encrypted on on Googles server and as it is sent, it can’t be hacked or intercepted. To know if your transaction is secure locate the locked padlock icon or the blue key icon. (depending on the browser that you are using). in your Browser display window
13. When do I get charged for my purchase?
Upon confirming your order, a Purchase Receipt appears on your screen. This indicates that the Credit Card Company has accepted your Credit Card and that your Bank has recorded the transaction.
14. Can we pay with check, cash deposit or money order?
We accept checks, money orders and bank deposit denominated in U.S. dollars as payment. If you do choose to pay by check, you can send payment to the address below once you have fully submitted your order.
